Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber Review

I mentioned earlier in the week that I keep an odour absorber in the hallway. The reason for this is two fold. Firstly, Bruce has taken to sleeping on the hallway carpet, right against the front door. Which means that section of flooring collects his dander and hair and takes on dog smell over time. Secondly, the hallway is obviously the first place that any visitors see in the house, and I don’t want anyone walking into my home thinking they can smell the dog. Over the past few months I have been relying on the Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber to keep pet smells under control, and it’s working wonders.

Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber has become something of an essential in my house. Made with what Attitude call ‘worry free ingredients’ you won’t find any cancer causing chemicals or mutagens in the odour absorber, and it is also hypoallergenic, cruelty free and vegan friendly, natural, sustainable, recyclable and C02 neutral. Now, how’s that for a company that’s conscious of the environment?

The odour absorber looks like a white box, and to let it work you simply open the slots on the top to let the activated carbon inside soak up any bad smells in areas up to 400 square ft. It’s as simple as that. You don’t need to plug it in or turn it on in any way, it just quietly does its job in the background so that you can forget about it.

While the Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber claims to have a coconut and lime scent, I find it to be more herbal and medicinal than that. However, the fragrance really can’t be noticed unless you make an effort to actually sniff the box itself. After all, the aim of this product isn’t to scent your home and cover up pet smells, but to actively soak up those smells and purify the air.

At first, I wasn’t sure if this was working. However, when I returned from a long trip several weeks ago and opened the front door, I was fully expecting to be smacked in the face with dog smell. I hadn’t had time to vacuum before we left, and on previous occasions that I’ve done that, I could always smell the dog hair when I got back home. Not this time. The house smelt fresh, clean and wonderful. Seeing as the Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber was the only thing which had been working to counteract pet smells while I was away, I knew that it was to thank.

Needless to say, I give this product a big thumbs up and I absolutely recommend it to any pet owner. The fact that Attitude as a company is a wonderful natural, ethical and cruelty free company is enough to peak my interest, but when you also get high quality products that work..? Well, that’s worth every penny. Not that they ask for a lot. I picked up my pet odour absorber for £5.59 at Ocado, and is still going strong after two months on the go.

Will you be trying the Attitude Natural Pet Odour Absorber in your home?
