Introducing Paws & Publishing!
It’s been ten years since I first started writing professionally. I was still at university when I got my first client, a new online fashion boutique, and from the moment I saw my blog post online it was all over. I had caught the writing bug.
In the past decade, I have written for numerous websites, social media accounts and businesses. My favourite being ghd, because they stroked my ego like no other and they really cared – sending me white ghds when I got married, and a huge bunch of flowers after the death of my Mum.
However, I can’t deny that my passion for fashion and beauty writing has wavered. Since starting up Paws and Prada I have found a new outlet for my writing and creativity to flow, and I want more of the same. In the last year, since rebranding Paws and Prada and making it part of my career, I have created content for Metro.co.uk, The Huffington Post, and Blogosphere Magazine. I’ve forged relationships with amazing brands big and small and I’ve made friends with readers from all over the globe. I was shortlisted for a blog award by Cosmopolitan Magazine. It may not have been the most lucrative year in my career, but int’s been one of the most enthralling and enjoyable.
I was lucky to find a career that I enjoyed when I fell into writing. Now, ten years on, I am overjoyed to have found a career path which makes me smile every morning, even on a Monday.
And so, if you haven’t guessed already, I’ve made the decision to change my copywriting career and move solely into specialising in pet writing. The result is Paws and Publishing – a pet writing service for pet businesses big and small, from all over the world. Blog posts, ebooks, press releases, product descriptions and social media content are all up my dog hair covered sleeves.
If you have a pet business, website, blog or magazine then let’s talk. I’m offering my services for a low rate for a limited time, while I build up my portfolio of pet clients. So, get in touch at [email protected] and see what I can do for you.
